RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Exchanges are allowed within 7-days, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is non reimbursable.
Item(s) returned without tags, or in unsellable condition received outside of the designated time frame are non-returnable and will be shipped back at the customer's expense. You can always contact us for any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To Return An Item
Contact us at email@example.com if you wish to initiate a return or exchange. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Non Returnable Items
DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. You may not return an item if it has been used, washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed.
Order Errors or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate this process.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
All returns must be credited to the original account used to purchase the item(s). (Example: If you received an item that was a gift, the return must be posted to the purchaser's account). Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after you send the item(s) back. We highly recommend using a traceable carrier with a tracking number.

All orders are eligible for local pickup. Contactless pickup can be arranged between normal business hours of 8-5, Monday through Friday. Instructions are provided on your order confirmation e-mail when pickup is selected.
Free delivery is offered within 10 miles of 62025 for any order over $75. Delivery timeframe: 3-5 days from receipt of order unless prearranged.
Please note: due to COVID restrictions, all deliveries are contactless. By selecting delivery at checkout, you acknowledge that your package can be left on a porch or a mutually agreed upon location.
